Scott brings a strong passion for strength training and high-intensity, circuit-style workouts, along with a disciplined mindset shaped by his background as a Certified Personal Trainer and former Firearms Officer.

Having trained at NRG Fitness for over three years, Scott has been part of the gym’s journey from the beginning — even contributing to the physical build-out of the space itself.

Following a serious bike accident and leg injury, Scott’s return to training has been a clear example of the physical and mental benefits of consistent movement. His approach reflects resilience, work ethic, and a genuine appreciation for what training can do over time.
